It's a bit away from the Interlaken Ost but the bus runs every 30 minutes to take you to and from the train station. The hotel is very close to the bus stop and after you get off the bus, it's quite easy to find the hotel as well. The view from the balcony of the room was amazing. The staff was friendly and helpful. I'll definitely stay here again if I ever return to the Interlaken area.

The charming chalet-style Fassbind hotel is quietly situated in Beatenberg high above Lake Thun facing the imposing Eiger, Mönch and Jungfrau mountains. Everything. Dani and Linda welcomed us with open arms into their hotel and treated us like family. From Swiss chocolates every morning to champagne on arrival, my partner and I had the most amazing experience with them and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone who is looking at staying at a hotel with fantastic views and ever better service. Thank you once again to Daniel and Linda!

It has everything u will ever need. The staff was kind enough to heat up food and allow us to take it to our room. The Variety of Breakfast for the price was just Too Good. The kindness of the Staff. The hotel is a few meters from the Interlaken West train station. I really appreciated the fact that I received an upgrade to a superior room type. Perfect cleanliness, comfortable bed and pillows, extremely kind and always smiling staff. The room was cleaned daily and the towels changed every day.

We loved everything with our stay. The location - it is set out from the main centre, but a short 5-minute bus ride from the main station (which the hotel will give you a pass that includes free bus rides and discount attractions). The room, AMAZING! The decor was stunning, had cabin vibes. We loved laying in bed with the window open listening to the cowbells. The best part, the restaurant - Oh my goodness, the best food. We had dinner, our waitress was incredibly lovely, we also had breakfast which was so yummy and fresh! There isn't a single thing I could fault during this stay.
