This family-owned hotel is quietly situated in Interlaken, 200 metres from the Interlaken West Station. Free Wi-Fi access and free parking are offered. We went there on August 2022. The ower was very nice. She explained everything about interlaken that we need to known including recomended local restuarants. They also provided the interlaken traveling bus/train card covering all the days that we stayed there but mostly i think traveller would have swiss pass already. The hotel not quite far from the main station and breakfast very nice. They have elevator in the hotel so no worry for large luggages. Althoug they did not have an airconditioner, it was okay with the fan in the night. The weather was not bad at night, it was about 25 degree or less in August.

The location was excellent! Just minutes away from the train station and it offered a really great escape for us. We loved everything about the property, most especially the peacefulness of the lake view, the delicious breakfast, the hotel room and the warm welcome from the people running the hotel.

The best part of this stay was the location and views! Staying in Riggenberg gave us the added bonus of being in an extra serene area so close and accessible to interlaken OST and West which we loved. The host and his wife were super friendly and accommodating. The room itself was very clean and no issues to report at all. Brekfast was fresh and had everything we needed to start the day. The Swiss muesli was particularly good

The charming chalet-style Fassbind hotel is quietly situated in Beatenberg high above Lake Thun facing the imposing Eiger, Mönch and Jungfrau mountains. Everything. Dani and Linda welcomed us with open arms into their hotel and treated us like family. From Swiss chocolates every morning to champagne on arrival, my partner and I had the most amazing experience with them and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone who is looking at staying at a hotel with fantastic views and ever better service. Hotel má skvelú polohu neďaleko centra. Personál bol neskutočne milý a izby boli naotaj veľmi veľmi čisté!! Za čistotu by som im dala 11 hviezdiciek z desiatich 😉 raňajky boli tiež chutné a okrem zeleniny nám tam nič nechýbalo. Určite sa ešte vrátime do Interlaken a budeme tento hotel kontaktovať, ak je možnosť ze izby vyššieho štandardu majú iné matrace 😉

We booked this hotel but unfortunately our room had issues and they were not able to release the room to us on our checkin day. The hotel manager Patrick was very kind enough to have made advanced booking for us at the hotel right in front, The Lindner Interlaken, in an upgraded room at no extra charge. Patrick and team were very gracious and made it very easy for us and took care that a proper room was available to us in the next hotel. Thank you very much.

Very nice location, away from the tourist hordes and close to a high quality and value Migros restaurant. Exceptionally helpful and friendly staff., they even moved my pre-check in luggage into my room on their own. Very nice room, with a small fan too.

Location very good ( view is excellent ) , good shared kitchen facility ( kitchen has all required utensils), even shared accommodation has enough bathroom ( cleanly maintained) , excellent place to stay with family... For the price they charged facility is beyond expectations.. location is walkable to bus station . Free drinking water.
