This family-owned hotel is quietly situated in Interlaken, 200 metres from the Interlaken West Station. Free Wi-Fi access and free parking are offered. We went there on August 2022. The ower was very nice. She explained everything about interlaken that we need to known including recomended local restuarants. They also provided the interlaken traveling bus/train card covering all the days that we stayed there but mostly i think traveller would have swiss pass already. The hotel not quite far from the main station and breakfast very nice. They have elevator in the hotel so no worry for large luggages. Althoug they did not have an airconditioner, it was okay with the fan in the night. The weather was not bad at night, it was about 25 degree or less in August.

The charming chalet-style Fassbind hotel is quietly situated in Beatenberg high above Lake Thun facing the imposing Eiger, Mönch and Jungfrau mountains. Everything. Dani and Linda welcomed us with open arms into their hotel and treated us like family. From Swiss chocolates every morning to champagne on arrival, my partner and I had the most amazing experience with them and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone who is looking at staying at a hotel with fantastic views and ever better service. The Beatus Wellness & SPA Hotel in Merligen - Interlaken is located right in a large park on the shore of Lake Thun. The hotel is great, everything was perfect. The View is amazing 🤩 I willl post some special lake view videos on Google Maps. The stuff are so friendly and helpful. I would love to thank the manager Mr. Sebastian for his kindness, and Ms. Sibylle for her helping while we were staying at the hotel. I also need to express my deep expressions to Mr. Fernando who is one of the SPA stuff for his lovley dealing, Fernando is very friendly with the hotel guests.

You need to stay here, better than expected. We stayed for a week, and even contemplated cancelling some of our trip elsewhere to stay longer. Super relaxing, friendly staff, can rent activities like paddle boarding on the lake (but is very expensive), or just lay on the grass for the day. They supply you with beach towels. Gave us free passes to use the busses and boat that operates out of the huge lake right at your doorstep. Bus stop right out the front to take you to the main stations/city. Beautiful running tracks around. Breakfast was a large buffet with all you can think of! Perfect location away from the loud tourists while still in a central location. Mini fridge and lots of storage space. We will be back!! This hotel has our heart and you can view the snowy alps right from your balcony overlooking the lake. (24 year old couple).

The hotel is a few meters from the Interlaken West train station. I really appreciated the fact that I received an upgrade to a superior room type. Perfect cleanliness, comfortable bed and pillows, extremely kind and always smiling staff. The room was cleaned daily and the towels changed every day.

We loved everything with our stay. The location - it is set out from the main centre, but a short 5-minute bus ride from the main station (which the hotel will give you a pass that includes free bus rides and discount attractions). The room, AMAZING! The decor was stunning, had cabin vibes. We loved laying in bed with the window open listening to the cowbells. The best part, the restaurant - Oh my goodness, the best food. We had dinner, our waitress was incredibly lovely, we also had breakfast which was so yummy and fresh! There isn't a single thing I could fault during this stay.
