Wonderfully located, slightly elevated above the village of Arosa. From the south facing balconies, the view is simply fantastic. The air is fresh as it can be and the nights are totally silent. We spent several days mountainbiking and enjoyed the hotel's big bike storage facility and that they provide a cleaning station. Several marked trails cross the hotel's location, so you get your breakfast, jump on your bike and there you go. Recommandable.

New apartment, clean, spacious and comfortable, with a lovely fireplace, large terrace and well appointed kitchen. In the basement there is a private room for ski attire, which we found very useful. Location is central, but quiet, near the beautiful Arosa lake and at walking distance to the train station, ski lifts and a multitude of shops, including ski rentals. The hosts were very accommodating and communicated perfectly.

Seehof Arosa is located on the lake (swimming and other outdoor facilities). The welcome by Hotel staff was nice and personal (Director), and check-in was easy. The generous building hosts, e.g., a Restaurant (innovative cuisine) and a breakfast room (great buffet) with large windows. Very friendly staff! Our room had a balcony facing the lake. A very nice stay, overall - yet too short ...

Tschuggen is an amazing place to stay in Arosa. The staff is super friendly and the atmosphere in the hotel is casual luxury which I personally appreciate a lot. A highlight is definitely the hotel owned "Tschuggen Express" bringing guests directly from the hotel up to the mountain. Hotel provides sledges for guest and has an inhouse ski rental. The food and bar is great.

Great location & apartment with an unbelievable view. The bus went from the end of the road to the lifts (2 minute journey) which made it very easy to get to the ski area. Once out of Ski boots it was an easy walk to the main supermarket & shops. Valerie was an excellent host & I would recommend AROSA exklusiv to anyone who wants to book a trip to a great ski resort!

excellent breakfast with fresh fruits, quality cheeses and meats, fresh breads and warm buffet. great location next the lake and close to the train station and bus stop with a supermarket nearby. easy to walk to all the restaurants and ski lift. a modern Swiss style decor with classic photos of old Arosa in the hotel. a cool terrace bar area with a lakeside view.

Great hotel in an idyllic place! Beautiful design of the room with everything one needs for comfort (record player is a highlight), great views, special smoothies at breakfast, very friendly and welcoming. The hotel was very nice and we really enjoyed our time in Arosa. We took our dog with us and that's great that the hotel accept dogs in the rooms. In addition, everytime we had questions the hotel replied very quicky per e-mail which is very appreciated. The breakfast was exceptional and the spa areas are also great.

Amazing staff and location. I went by myself on a solo ski trip and m stay was everything I was hoping for. Hotel is at a walking distance from the train station,.and the train trip from Chur to Arosa is just stunning. The small spa in the hotel provided for a much needed relaxing time after a day of skiing!

The apartment is very beautiful and perfect for a short stay in Arosa, the location is great for hiking (and for skiing in winter). The bed is very comfortable and the kitchen is well equipped; we also liked the contactless check-in as we went for a hike and we could come back for the keys when we wanted…

Hotel located a few steps from the center of Arosa, the structure is perfectly maintained and with attention to detail by the owners. Excellent room, very clean and furnished with style. Fantastic and abundant breakfast with genuine food. My partner and I had a great time, we will definitely be back.

Next to Robinson Arosa, so their facilities like swimming pool, sauna and tennis courts are accessible. there are buses in the morning at 9 and 9:30 to take you up till the station and at 3:30 for the return. The apartment is adequate for 4 ppl. It had all the facilities.

Lovely hotel in the heart of Arosa. Train station is right next to the hotel. Loved internal features, cleanness, location , staff attitude , room size and small details . Breakfast is sufficient (no buffet ) Staffs are going out their way to help . Smiley team;-)

Amazing and cozy apartment with amazing view. Super clean with all things that you need, even we have got complementary cards to visit popular places around Arosa. Check in and check out was very easy with understandable instruction. Laundry was just downstairs.

Besides the breathtaking views “arosa card” was included in the hotel price. It was a pleasant surprise for our family since all activities like rope park, rental boat on the lake and sky lifts of the village were free of charge with that card.

Well situated within easy walking distance of supermarket, restaurants and Arosa village Use of laundry facilities, although you can’t just use the laundry whenever. You must put your name down on a time sheet to reserve use of the laundry

The cool design of the hotel, mixed with modern and retro vibes with stunning surprises around every corner.The staff were extremely helpful and accomidating and I will definitely choose to stay at Aves Arosa again..

great location in arosa in a good apartment, well sized enough for 2 person. almost full lake and mountains view. bathroom was recently renewed and perfect. all kitchen appliances worked well, included dish washer.

Lovely family run hotel located about a mile from the centre of Arosa. A comfortable room with balcony offering great views. Good range of options for eating and drinking both inside and out and friendly staff.
