The cosy Hotel Derby is a quiet place in Fiesch close to the narrow Rhone river, only a 5-minute walk from the centre. It is the perfect place for your hiking, biking or climbing holidays. The staff was super friendly and helpful, we felt very welcome. The hotel is really nice and breakfast is good, would stay here again.

The hotel and its design was modern but not overwhelming. The very few cases where a king/queen size bed came with a single mattress and not with double. The bathroom was fantastic too. Staff at the restaurant was very helpful with great recommendations.

The hotel is located in a fabulous location with amazing view. The hotel staffs are all friendly and helpful. The restaurant also offer great food with reasonable price.

The hotel is conveniently located near the bus stop to Fiesch. With a short ride (3 min) one arrives to the Ski Lift in Fiesch. Breakfast theme was very good with a variety of options and the spa and swimming pool were basically empty during the day. Optimal choice for ski-lovers.

We didn't need the car, you walk to the train, cablecar or start hiking from the apartment. We bought a 2-day ticket so that you can use the train and cablecars in this area. For us it was worth the price while we had a halbtax card. And last but not least, the host is great, she keeps in contact with you by mail and asks many times if everything is ok. Many thanks! Next time we come, we book this again.

Such a beautiful location and the staff are really friendly and kind. Ernen is a charming village, definitely the place to stay if you are looking for the perfect quiet getaway. Our hotel had an amazing terrace with gorgeous views and the restaurant was very good. The beef tartare and Rösti - amazing and don't forget to try the apple strudel! Easy drive to Fiesch or Mörel to get the lifts to the respective view points to see the impressive Aletsch glacier.

we rented an appartment in this hotel, it was very comfortable, well equipped kitchen, comfy beds, spacious living room with a big balcony and a great view. Very convenient location - can easily go to the Goms valley to do cross-country skiing and also go the opposite direction to the Aletsch glacier and most beautiful hikes or downhill skiing. The hotel has a really good Italian kitchen.
