Set in the Waughs River Valley, the smoke-free Forest Haven Inn is 500 metres from Waughs River and 6 km from Tatamagouche Village. It offers a daily breakfast and rooms with free WiFi. Our hosts were very friendly, helpful and generous. Our corner room on the second floor had access to a balcony where we were able to see the dark starry night sky away in the countryside, but just outside of Tatamagouche, with no light pollution. Our hosts generously offered their time and resources to make sure we were comfortable and well-cared for.

I was able to relax and enjoy my stay due to the tranquility of this location. The staff were friendly and able to recommend some bicycling trails.
