Ideally set in the Hull district of Gatineau, Best Western Plus Gatineau-Ottawa Downtown is situated 200 metres from Canadian Museum of History, 1.6 km from Rideau Locks and 1.9 km from Peace Tower. We loved the room , the décor, the fresh non chemical scent, the cleanliness, the fresh, crisp sheets...and the view. The staff spoke English and were very helpful. they even had a map for us so we could know where we were heading. Breakfast was great

I book there often and it never disappoints. I had a really really bad experience at another hotel I tried and so I went back to this hotel because it's always been exceptional in everything. Big kuddos to the lady at the restaurant who treated me so well, and she served me so much food I couldn't even finish it all. And they always allow late check out for me which I truly appreciate. Love them!
