The Golden Village Lodge surpassed our expectations. The newly renovated rooms are clean and spacious, providing a comfortable stay. The bed was particularly cozy, and the staff was friendly and helpful. Additionally, the Indian restaurant adjacent to the lodge offers delicious food that comes highly recommended.

Detta hotell ligger precis vid Trans-Canada Highway, 4 km från Golden Golf Club. Hotellet har en restaurang och en inomhuspool med bubbelpool. De ljudisolerade rummen har gratis WiFi. The receptionist was very helpful, we were originally allocated a room on its own right by the hotels liquor store. The manager of the store explained that the store was open until 11 at night and her staff would be back and forth between store and room next to ours all the time so it would be noisy although she would ask the staff to try to keep noise to a minimum. When we went back to ask for another room the receptionist was very apologetic - think new and hadn’t realised - she then gave us a room facing the mountains on the 3rd floor. She also rang in the evening to check that everything was ok and asked again each time we passed her in reception.
