Featuring pool with a view and views of sea, La maison de l'île is a bed and breakfast situated in a historic building in Saint-Jean, 35 km from Vieux Quebec Old Quebec. The hosts, Yves and Silvie, were warm, generous and interesting. The room was charming, meticulously clean and the mattress was wonderful! Every morning they prepared and served a 4 course gourmet meal, which we enjoyed on their lovely patio overlooking the river. An incredible gastronomic experience! Fresh ingredients from their garden and locally sourced from the island. We can't wait to return!

L'île-Do - Ile d'Orléans is set in St-Pierre-de-l'Île-d'Orléans, 18 km from Basilique Cathedrale Notre Dame de Quebec, 18 km from Fairmont Le Chateau Frontenac, and 18 km from Morrin Centre. The place was impeccable and very cozy, we felt at home. We were even able to stay an extra night so we could visit more of the Island.

Real was very helpful in identifying places to eat. When I woke up in the morning to dining in a room surrounded by exquisite folk art along w/exceptional Canadian painters work I thought I was in a dream. Sebastian is a true professional hotelier. No detail is overlooked.
