The staff were brilliant particularly Laura who assisted us above and beyond after we couldn't get the Wi-Fi or TV working then locked out self out of the bathroom...one call to reception and up came Laura with the toolbox..this girl needs a promotion you have a diamond. Featuring ski-in/ski-out access to Fernie Alpine Resort, located on site, this hotel offers a restaurant and lounge. A heated outdoor pool and 3 exterior hot tubs are available. Wow, staff greeted us as we exited our car introducing themselves, proceeded to open doors for us to the hotel and then introduced us to the reception staff. All staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel and our room were amazing, had a balcony that looked straight out onto the chair lift. Snowed whilst we were there and when we were in the spa pool, couldn't have asked for more. Opening weekend of ski season December 2023. Five star accommodation at three star prices. Much better than we expected. Highly recommended. Would definitely go back if/when we visit Canada again.
