Offering an indoor pool, the Holiday Inn North Vancouver is located at the base of the North Shore Mountains, only 15 minutes’ drive from Vancouver city centre. Free WiFi is available in all rooms. Location was excellent for what we wanted to experience in Vancouver. Staff were very helpful and the Restaurant was excellent . The pool and Gym were a bonus Staff were very helpful on our last day storing our luggage

Free WiFi is offered in all rooms.... We stayed for a week in the hotel. We ere upgraded to a nice family suite. The staff were great and very helpful. The Saudi gentleman who met us when we checked in was super nice -- he actually arranged the upgrade I think because (1) we have a small baby with us, and (2) we're both from Riyadh :)

We arrived at the hotel early in the afternoon, hours before regular check-in. At first, the trainee front desk lady told us to come back at 3 PM. However, when Dipti, the main front desk manager checked the system, she said the room was ready. It was so nice of her to release the room earlier than 3 PM because we had little sleep due to an early morning flight. Small things like that make guest remember the hotel and look forward to stating again. The staff, in general, were nice.

Enjoy a peaceful atmosphere only 10 minutes from the attractions of Vancouver city centre at this modern hotel, which is situated at the base of the grand North Shore Mountains. Free Wi-Fi is... I liked that we were able to book into our room before 4pm. The breakfast that are available are excellent and also drinks are available all day. The staff very friendly and helpful. The room was better than i expected.
