Great location, amazing rooms and so modern and new. The staff also left us a bottle of wine and chocolates for our honeymoon which was so lovely!

I was looking fo a hotel closer to the cruise pier. One thing that was confusing… the map says you are eight minutes to it. We walk all over Vancouver trying to find this hotel. Come to find out we had to take a ferry-SeaBus to get there. Thanks to a kind person in Vancouver. Everybody else kept telling us where your name sake hotel was.

Offering an indoor pool, the Holiday Inn North Vancouver is located at the base of the North Shore Mountains, only 15 minutes’ drive from Vancouver city centre. Free WiFi is available in all rooms. The room was very clean and spacious. Bathroom was super clean and everything was provided with all the necessities. There was extra towels for me and my daughter. We had the best view from the 6th floor. But most of all, THE STAFFS ARE SUPER FRIENDLY!!! The manager that was on duty and one of the front desk did an excellent job.

Our stay was incredibly good. Michael is a great host. Also, he is very helpful. When we had problems with the rental car, he took care of it and spent over 1 hour on the phone with the rental company. We enjoyed it very much and would love to come back.
