Free WiFi is provided.... The hotel is located at downtown, BC exchange, Queensway exchanges. Just walk 5 minutes to the lake which has many activities during summer. There are many eateries and cafés opposites the hotel. Very convenient. The staff are very helpful. She helped me to book taxi.

Breakfast was excellent. Staff was friendly and helpful. Hotel was clean and well appointed. Room was large and comfortable. An exceptional value well situated between airport and downtown. Shuttle to airport a bonus. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

We tried to order room service from the restaurant but was on hold to long and gave up. Enjoyed the hot tub and pool, did not bother us that slide was closed. Prompt room service when we called down for supplies. The supper Friday night - Seafood Linguine was fantastic, also the appy shrimp and scallops, awesome sauce.

Located next to Okanagan Lake, this Kelowna boutique hotel features a marina. This Kelowna hotel is a short walk from the beach. The hotel offers an indoor swimming pool. It’s location, on the lake. It’s facilities, pools and restaurants. And it’s staff! Very helpful, cheerful and courteous.

In close walking distance to numerous eateries. Our room Room was clean, comfortable and quiet. We enjoyed our stay and would choose this hotel if visiting Kelowna in the future.
