700 metres from Filipino Market Sabah, Signel Poshtel, the Rare Gem of North Borneo is set in Kota Kinabalu and offers air-conditioned rooms. The property was so clean, I enjoyed my stay, the bed was big and very comfortable. The stuff was also kind and professional. There are some snacks, ramen, water dispensers, and instant coffee that can be used for free in the kitchen. I forgot my snorkeling kit after checkout, but the managers took care of it, and they collected it, and I went to take it the next day. Thank you, Signel Roshtel, I highly recommend it and see you again when I visit Malaysia KK next time.

Had a late check in. Staff stayed up late and remained in contact with me until I reached the guesthouse. There was plenty of water available on arrival and the bed was comfortable. The area was peaceful and we slept like babies.

struttura sopra la media per Sandakan. edificio più moderno degli altri si trova accanto al centro commerciale, proprio sul mare comodo punto d’appoggio per i tour nel borneo. personale super cortese e sempre disponibile. camera di dimensioni non super comode se si hanno due valigie grosse. con zaini meglio. bagno carino per gli standard della città e il prezzo non ci possiamo lamentare. è l’hotel forse più europeo dell città. i turisti sono molti. la colazione non è molto da europei, ma ci si arrangia.

Si tratta del classico hotel economico di buona qualità che si trova nel Sabah. Senza indulgere in lussi troverete tutto quello che serve: letti comodi, doccia funzionale, the e caffè con distributore di acqua calda e fredda nella sala comune, un ottimo impianto di aria condizionata e un wi fi stabile e potente, tra i migliori del nostro viaggio nel Borneo. La struttura è a due passi dal waterfront, dove ci sono diversi locali carini, affacciati sul mare, in cui cenare o bere qualcosa.

Everything was excellent! The spacious 1 bedroom suite was amazing with steam shower and whirlpool bath. We had balcony facing swimming pool and the beach. Very quiet place with not so many people around...you can have the beach just for yourself most of the day. Cleaning every day. Staff very helpfull..organized for us car rental, airport transfer and trips. The place is a bit remote (restaurants are in the Nexus hotel nearby-free transfer) or you can walk along the beach. I loved that we got a pocket wifi..so we could stay connected everywhere.
