Locatie midden in het centrum. Wij waren er op maandag, toen was het rustig in de stad. Goed geslapen in een fijn bed.

Arletti Hotel ligt op 7 minuten lopen van Renaissance Park en 7,2 km van Danube Bridge, en heeft kamers in Roese. We really enjoyed staying here. Amazing location, friendly staff that went above and beyond. Highly recommended.

Seven Generations Winery Hotel ligt in het dorp Mechka en biedt een seizoensgebonden buitenzwembad en een restaurant. Er is gratis WiFi beschikbaar. De accommodatie biedt gratis parkeergelegenheid. Absolutely enjoyable stay. I had a corner suite with a terrace and this one was perfect. It is a big, bright and cozy room with a big (BIG) terrace, where there is enough place to work or rest. The territory of the complex is quite standalone (there's practically nowhere to go except the hotel), but there is much to do there: take a walk, go into swimming pool, visit several animals living (pony are magnificent). Also staff can make a nice tour, showing you the Dunabe river and surrounding. But everywhere in the territory you will find a cozy place to spend time - it's so well-designed: there are shady arbors to sit, a place for children to play with seesaw, restaurant with a big terrace, umbrellas near pool and even another place near pool where you can have a picnic with your friends. The hotel has very good SPA with different saunas (including turkey). Very relaxing. The SPA is not big, but outstanding and is enough for a small company (up to 7-8 people, maybe 10). Stuff was very nice and friendly all the time. We had a lot of talks about winery and the wine in Bulgaria. And of course, wine. WINE. I've tried all of those: cheaper and more expensive. They are very interesting. Also: they make their grape juice. You can try it for the breakfast. Amazing. With no sugar it has some bubbles on the tongue. Very delicious. I think that doing a family stay for quite long time doesn't make a lot of sense, however if you are alone and you work remotely, or you want to have a celebration, or you want to relax from the city, or just to have some nights before continue your trip - it's your choice. Het City Art Hotel is centraal gelegen in Ruse, dicht bij het stadhuis en de stadsschouwburg. Het biedt individueel ingerichte kamers met airconditioning, een minibar, satelliet-tv en gratis WiFi. The room was great, very clean and comfortable, the location is central, but in a quiet area. The staff at reception was friendly and helpful. Overall, definitely worth the stay.

Directly set on the shores of the Danube River, the award-winning Grand Hotel Riga is only 400 metres from the Ruse Main Square. It offers free WiFi, summer garden, a breakfast and free parking. I liked the cleanness of the room, the breakfast at the restaurant, views from the restaurant and the room. Staff was very friendly. I could not imagine my stay being any better.

Just discovered the best ever place near the Danube. This is not a luxury hotel, but comfortable and quiet place were you could spend more days, even a holiday. The hosts are very helpful and the traditional Bulgarian breakfast was really great. I can say, the kind and friendly hosts makes this place one of my favorites in all Europe.
