Given the location and options available in general, it is quite good value for money! Pleven is a walking distance city and area around Medical University is absolutely safe even at night! Clubbing at the city center is just a few beers away and there is plenty to do no matter what is the purpose of visit! Kayluka Park and the Panorama are close! Train station and bus station are within 40 minutes walk. As for the accommodation it is family oriented! Beds are comfortable. The only minus is that it is a bit difficult for first time visitors to find the key left in PO box. There should be better visual explanation how to reach the key! I will visit again soon!

Hotell Splendid asub Plevenis, 4,8 km kaugusel Kaylaka pargist ja 44 km kaugusel Devetashka koopast. The hotel is amazing. Situated in a building from 1927 it really brings a royal feeling and atmosphere. The room was big, great furniture and clean. Excellent free parking. The staff was extremely helpful and kind. The breakfast and the coffee in the morning were perfect. This hotel is a perl in Pleven amazing heritage and we would definitely love to visit it again.

Family Art Hotel Gallery asub rohelises elamurajoonis Pleveni kesklinnast lõunas, Hristo Botevi puiesteest 100 meetri kaugusel. Stuff were very friendly and happy people. South beach is hist 6-7 minutes walk.

Neljatärniline disainhotell Diplomat Plaza asub Lukoviti kesklinnas. Kohapeal on spaakeskus, soojendusega sisebassein ja kõikjal tasuta WiFi-ühendus. Awesome concept: every room has a different theme and we had lots of fun exploring that. Every part of the hotel is different too, and had beautiful art throughout. The service was great, the food was great, and the spa facilities were nice and refreshing.

Hotel Rostov is situated in the centre of Pleven. It offers nicely equipped rooms with panoramic views and free WiFi. The location of the hotel and the friendliness of the employees.
