Abalona Hotel & Apartments features elegant rooms with luxurious bathrooms in a modern building, 3km from Dendermonde's market square. We loved our stay at Abalona, breakfast was amazing. Owners were very helpful and approachable. We hired bikes, which were in great condition and ideal for a days activity and getting around the town. Would highly recommend

Recently renovated with nice character and a short walk to the town square with bars and restaurants. We stayed in one of the rooms in the roof which was very good, comfy bed and bath with separate large shower. All staff were lovely, friendly and made us feel welcome. Breakfast recommended, particularly as limited options nearby. Street parking expensive but library (100m away) was €5 a day.

Comfortable, great breakfast, very helpful staff. I'll definitely return to Hotel Grupello when I visit Geraardsbergen again!

Housed in a mansion from 1838, the small Hotel Royal Astrid is set on Keizersplein Square, within 200 metres from the Aalst's central Market Square. It offers free WiFi, a bar and a terrace. It was a lovely place run by a lovely couple. The facilities service and overall experience was excellent
