The four-star Pillows City Hotel Brussels Centre is located in the centre of Brussels, only 100 metres from Brussels Central Station and the St Michael & St Gudule Cathedral. Very elegant, cosy and professional. The staff was amazing! The location is the best, 5min to Central Station, and the city attractions are very close. BRU airport 17min by train. Center is very easy to reach by foot. Room was really comfortable. Recommending! Note: they ask for deposit, and return it easily the day of check out. Everyting goes really smooth.

The hotel was the best we stayed at in Brussels. Its a small boutique hotel with very friendly staff, very clean rooms with a 5-star bathroom and excellent breakfast with large choice. Bonus point for the large patio/play area where you can unwind at the end of the day with a nice glass of local wine or a local beer and in my case let the kids play ball. We stayed in the hotel 2 weeks and it was a very enjoyable stay. The staff is warm and friendly and very helpful. As a Belgian living abroad I have stayed in many hotels over the years and I would definitely recommend this one first.

We checked in pretty late in the evening after a long drive and were looking forward to a good rest. They kindly upgraded our room which was a delight! The room was super huge and had all the amenities we needed. We really enjoyed our stay here!
