The room was spotless and the beds the most comfortable ever. Breakfast outstanding with a very wide selection of foods on offer. Secure parking, great bars, stunning views….our idea of paradise! We have stayed here a few times before and standards only seem to improve.

Lovely room, really friendly and helpful staff. Great location and little Nel is great for breakfast and lunch. Would highly recommend staying here.

From $94 per nightWe stayed for 2 nights at the Riverside while exploring the Port Stephens area. Lisa was very friendly and informative about where to go and what to see. There's a small shop opposite the hotel and the room has a fridge, microwave and kettle so we had all we needed for breakfast which we ate in the sunshine at the table and chairs on the small patio outside our room. The water pressure was great and the bed was very comfortable. I really recommend a stay here.

Thank you for a wonderful time at Thou Walla, my son, husband and I loved being in amongst the wildlife, Kevin the wild koala slept in the eucalyptus tree above our safari tent on our first night! There is so much to explore, the safari tent was spacious and bed comfortable, it felt cosy and clean.
