Situated on the historic Norton Street, the Ballina Manor is a stylish small luxury hotel that once you stay, will become your new home away from home. A charming old building that has been tastefully renovated. We got upgraded to 2 king size bed rooms and the linen, towels, and other accoutrements were excellent. Rooms are sound proof making it perfect for relaxation and sleep. Super friendly, professional staff. We decided to stay an extra night! Will definitely return.

Iv stayed in a lot of so called 5star hotels around the world and to be honest they could learn a lot from the Hotel Marvell. Needed an early check in due to a last minute online business meeting . I called the hotel . The staff were so accommodating. Throughout the stay all the staff were so friendly and Helpful.welcome drink dropped to room after arrival . Room was cleaned daily(twice) food was fresh and delicious. Asked for a late check out again no problem. There was no rushing me out the door to get the next customer in. All in all if I could give a 6 star rating I would.

The beautiful house is amazing, the owner is very enthusiastic, and the view of the Gold Coast and the lake is beautiful and peaceful. The house is clean and tidy. There are many free snacks and drinks. The exquisite decoration is fascinating. It is a good place to relax and enjoy. The breakfast is delicious. I highly recommend coming here to experience the beautiful Indian-style big house.
