The room was clean, large size, excellent balcony with beautiful scenic view. The furniture is well appointed and placement of everything makes sense and has great scale. The restaurant offering is exceptional it easily competes with the other best restaurants we frequent in the hunter valley and major well known restaurants in capital cities around Australia. The grounds are immaculate and there is a real sense of pride delivering exceptional quality and value across all levels of the stay.

What an amazing property! If I could give more than 10 stars, I would. We stayed in the Cabernet cottage/suite which was this cute apartment. We saw Kangaroos on the property, and it was so quiet and peaceful amongst the vineyards. The bed was so comfortable with high quality bedding. The full hot breakfast was excellent, and we really enjoyed visiting with the hosts. I would highly recommend RDC for your stay in the Hunter Valley!

Great location for easy access to the Hunter Valley activities. Just 5 minutes to Huntlee, with the great little shopping centre and the Huntlee Tavern. The motel is also just a short walk to the Royal Federal Hotel. The room was very comfortable, with a comfy bed, reverse cycle aircon, tea/coffee facilities. The room was very clean and the bathroom looked like it was brand new and very clean. Parking available on the property.

The rooms were perfectly laid out, with all the amenities you would need. The setting of the hotel with the beautiful views over the terrace to the Hunter valley, we spotted a couple of Wallaby’s as we were having a sundowner. The staff were all super friendly and helpful. The food in your fine dining restaurant and breakfasts were delicious. A perfect spot to check out the local vineyards. Would definitely stay again.

The location of the apartment is excellent close to the main Hunter Valley tourist spots. The room was quite large and clean. The wardrobe space was very good with plenty of hanging space. The beds were comfortable. The facilities in the room were very useful. We used the toaster, kettle and microwave during our overnight stay. The parking was free. The reception staff were very helpful and friendly.

We have stayed many times at this hotel, however seems to be under new management since the last time we stayed. The new family-run owners were lovely and very accommodating. The location of the hotel is fantastic with take aways, amenities and grocery stores within walking distance. It was also only 10-15mins from Hunter Valley Gardens Christmas Lights event which was the reason for our stay.

This resort is in the most ideal location for exploring the Hunter Valley. It is right in the centre of all of the wineries and close to two groups of shops and the Elysium day spa. We chose to visit the driving range and the staff were most helpful, including supplying some clubs at no extra charge. The buffet breakfast is typical of hotels, and was very well run except on one day.

Uninterrupted relaxation, stylish design, and luxury at its finest. Nestled in the beautiful Lovedale area of the Hunter Valley, this hotel offers a seamless and informal experience. From the crisp white linen to the groovy furniture. This is a haven of tranquility. Our main to go option when we need some time off. I should mention the breathtaking sunset!

The Apartment was great for 2 night's stay. The bed was comfortable. Although the bathroom was a reasonable size, the vanity was small and we had to leave our toiletry bag on the floor. The water pressure in the shower was great. It was relatively close to the Hunter Valley Gardens, about a 10 minute drive.

Maria was so so kind and generous with us and made our stay literally one of the best we had all over Australia. She is amazing cook and made us filling breakfast on both the mornings. The pool was amazing too, I'd love to book this place again whenever we are in Hunter valley. Thank you Maria & Andrew.

The apartment is beautifully decorated and the view from the balcony (including kangaroos on the golf course!) is fantastic. The kitchen is well equipped with Nespresso pods and a bottle of Hunter Valley wine provided. It is very comfortable with high quality furnishings. Thank you Denise for a wonderful stay!

The warm welcome from the staff from reception to the cafe. It was family first time in hunter valley and the H hotel was the perfect stay for us. Especially when you need a place to stay after an eventful day and night taking kids to the hunter valley gardens Christmas lights. The kids enjoyed their time.

Apartment. No food supplied. Very nice apartment, Good price. Hunter Valley seemed to be booked out and highly priced. Jesmond access to the northern vineyards via the freeway was ideal. Also access to restaurants in Hamilton etc very good.

Fantastic property, we had a very comfortable spacious unit right beside excellent Irish Hotel with great outdoor & indoor seating for generous size delicious meals Absolutely recommend staying when visiting Hunter Valley.

Excellent, relaxing location, convenient to Hunter Valley Gardens and Hanrahans Hotel, but very quiet and secluded. Well laid out and maintained large room with a pleasant patio for breakfast. Room was spotless

Staff were friendly and courteous Position of second room we were allocated was close to the pool, which my son enjoyed. Hotel is in a good position in Hunter Valley. There was a toaster and kettle.

We were delighted with every aspect of the property and apartment we stayed in during our recent trip. We intend to stay again in the future when travelling to the Hunter Valley.

Good location for Hunter Valley. Easy check in. Accommodation excellent with two complete separate bedrooms each with it’s own bathroom offering exceptional privacy.

Very nice, modern appartment. Very spacious bathroom with 2 shower heads. Great pool! Beautiful location in Hunter Valley, with lots of space around the appartment.
