The room was big and comfortable. Huge balcony with a nice view. Very clean and all is new and pretty. The decor and the bathroom was just gorgeous! Breakfast is delicious and there's a very big variety! Mike is super nice and helpful. The location is in the center of the city next to a lot of great restaurants. Highly recommend, we were so disappointed that we were there just two nights.

A quiet and peaceful place in rumorous Gerlos. The breakfast is very tasty. The rooms are beautiful and the bathroom is cleverly comparted. The wellness is composed of 2 saunas, which is very nice to make use of after a day of skiing.

We spent there the New Year and also our anniversary, and we couldn't have done better! This place has everything, rooms are perfect, modern, spacious, with amazing views. Tha spa area is also perfect and the breakfasts are delicious and rich. The whole hotel area is really quiet and perfect designed. It's really close to Zillertal Arena (1 minute by car) which is perfect if you want to ski. Owners and the whole staff are super nice and helpfull! We have certainly not been here for the last time.

La struttura è grande, silenziosa, accanto alla funivia (quindi comodissima anche per l’inverno), il nostro appartamento era spazioso, pulito e fresco. I proprietari e le loro famiglie sono gentilissimi, ci hanno offerto da bere e hanno fatto di tutto per far giocare la nostra bimba di 2 anni (piscina, sala con giochini). La mattina ci lasciavano un sacchetto con il pane fresco, ci siamo sentiti accolti e coccolati in tutti i modi. Il paese dista 5 minuti in macchina, 20 a piedi lungo ciclabile, la posizione è ottima per visitare lo Zillertal

Abbiamo soggiornato presso l'hotel la prima settimana di agosto. Abbiamo trovato uno staff cortese, accogliente e competente in grado di soddisfare ogni esigenza. Tutti gli spazi dell'hotel erano ben tenuti e curati. Mangiare ottimo sia a colazione che a cena. Ottimi anche i servizi offerti dalla struttura. Buona posizione dell'hotel per chi desidera fare escursioni nel parco dello zillertal. Ci ritorneremo sicuramente!

Ottima scelta per una breve vacanza o se si è di passaggio. Hotel Garni a conduzione familiare con proprietari molto cordiali e sempre pronti a dare supporto per qualsiasi necessità. Gradita la sorpresa di ricevere biglietti gratuiti sia per gli autobus che per le funivie dello Zillertall. Per i motociclisti possibilità di parcheggiare al coperto. Si può comunicare discretamente anche in italiano.

L'appartamento offre tutto quanto serve per un bel soggiorno. Devo rilevare solo la mancanza della celletta freezer e la mancanza di oscuranti pesanti. Alla mattina il sole d'estate filtra già all'alba ed impedisce di dormire!

The hotel exceeded our expectations, the food was phenomenally delicious,all buffets have a lot of variety, good wine, very good staff and very good service, although it’s a dog hotel it was very very clean ,very nice atmosphere with the dogs around , very nice warm pool , in a quiet location not in the middle of crowds , nice walking paths nearby and 5 minutes away by car from Kaltenbach skii lift
