The location of the hotel is too good, a quiet and pleasant place for a good vacation. The staff is extremely friendly, the food is excellent and varied. The hotel is nice and pleasant to stay in.

Set against the background of the Hohe Tauern Mountains, Hotel Bergkristall is located at 1,200 metres above sea level in the centre of Mallnitz. Perfect hospitality, relaxation and gastronomy. Highly recommended for an authentic Alpine experience.

Tasty food, large portions. Meals served very quickly. Clean rooms, (cleaned every day). Good location - you can get to the ski resort in Bad Gastein by train (which also transports cars) in 20 minutes. We recommend it, we will gladly come back.

In a quiet location a 10-minute walk from the centre of Flattach, Hotel Gletschermühle offers a restaurant, a sauna, and free Wi-Fi. All rooms have a south-facing balcony overlooking the mountains. The owners and their staff were super nice and helpful. The room was spacious with roller window shades so you could have total dark :) great view from the balcony. The food was incredible, breakfast buffet with everything one needs and delicious 4 course dinner (we ordered halfboard). fast wifi

Located in Mallnitz, Hotel Kärntnerhof offers a Finnish sauna, steam shower and infrared cabin, as well a games room, a children's playground, covered parking for motorbikes, and free WiFi access. Staff was very friendly and helpful, breakfast buffet and the coffee was great. We slept extremely well because it was very quiet and the outside temperature was moderate compared to Vienna

Sporthotel Mölltal is located in the centre of Flattach and offers a spa area with sauna, infrared cabin, fitness room, steam bath and a small indoor pool. At the end I simply wanted to kidnap their chef - the food was absolutely toothsome!!!

Located in the centre of Obervellach in the Möll Valley, Landhotel Pacher offers a spa area with a Finnish sauna, an infrared cabin, and a steam bath. Spacious, clean and tidy rooms. Delicious food. Friendly staff. Whole hartedly recommended 🙂

Located in the Ankogel ski area, Mallnitz’ Haus Rohskopf has a sauna, a garden, terrace, a small children's playground, a playroom, barbecue facilities, a bar and a ski storage room. The guesthouse is very charming and right in the middle of town, surrounded by restaurants and within walking distance of whatever you may need. If you’re a skier, there is a cool outdoor apres-ski bar across the street and there is a ski bus stop (goes to two great resorts) about a minute away. The host is incredibly hospitable and goes out of her way to make your stay more comfortable. Every morning, there was a very nice breakfast to look forward to. The room was tidied every day—and she even brought me Christmas cookies! If you want a cold beer in the evening, you can buy one there for a good price. It’s also not a problem to store ski and snowboard equipment there.

Surrounded by the Hohe Tauern National Park, Eggerhof provides rooms with free Wi-Fi in the centre of Mallnitz. All guests can make use of the wellness area with a sauna and a steam bath. There is great sauna in the hotel.

Hotel Hubertus is situated at the entrance of Hohe Tauern National Park in Mallnitz. It is located 500 metres from the centre and offers free Wi-Fi in all rooms. We travelled with a rather large group of friends, so we were assigned a separate dining room for all our meals, which was great because it meant we could enjoy ourselves without bothering the other guests too much. The hosts were very helpful. The food was good, based on traditional meals, but there were also vegetarian options and special menus for the children. The apartments were very spacious, as well as the balcony (which we did not use because it was winter, but I imagine it is wonderful during warmer seasons).
