See maalähedane kivimaja asub Sevani järve idakaldal. Kohapeal on välibassein ja terrassiga Armeenia restoran. Kõikidel tubadel on järvevaatega rõdu. Hiking around the place was excellent. Pool was ok, water 23 degrees C, I was able to swim in it (got swimming glasses with me). Food was very good.

The staff were incredibly helpful, going out of their way to help us whenever we needed it. The hotel is new and in very good condition, felt more like a palace. We loved our time there and would definitely recommend staying here if visiting the area.

Aia, ühise puhkeruumi, terrassi ja restoraniga Armenian Camp asub Artanishis. Kohapeal on suusapasside müügipunkt, baar ja erarand. My room was upgraded, as there was a room with a balcony with lake view, which was very nice. This area of Lake Sevan is less crowded, compared to the shores closer to Yerevan, and this makes the property very peaceful, surrounded by pure nature. You don't see noisy picnickers, cars here and the territory is very well taken care of. The staff was very attentive and friendly. They went extra mile and agreed to give me my breakfast at 12:00 !!

Hotell Lavash asub Chkalovkas, 70 meetri kaugusel Sevani järvest. Hotellil on päikeseterrass ning sealt avaneb vaade mägedele ja järvele. Kohapeal on tasuta WiFi-ühendus ja tasuta eraparkla. The location, food, and staff were absolutely perfect! We had individual rooms on the lake, quite big, comfortable, and warm (we travelled in April). The staff was very friendly and helpful to organise trips: two of us went hiking close to Dilijan, and two went by car visiting monasteries by the lake. I was in the latter group: our driver was super nice (we wanted to have a coffee and he even offered a cake for us to taste!), accepted to do a longer trip and suggested a couple of places that were very interesting and we didn't know about...Although he didnt speak English, we communicated well with the help of the maps in our guide and through his phone. In Lavash Hotel, some staff spoke quite well English, and answered all of our questions, about places to go to, but also about the current situation in Armenia. We stayed an extra night, booked on the spot, without paying any extra fee. They organised with the same driver our trip to Yerevan. (We came from Tbilissi). Finally: the food was very tasty, both dinners and breakfasts!

Superb room, warm although it was freezing cold outside, private garage with direct access to the room (very useful in winter), well located close to the lake, very friendly hosts

The location was amazing on the banks lif lake sevan, on the foot of mountains ... Very calm serene place to relax and enjoy. People are friendly and Azat Stepanyan and his wife were very nice and friendly. Fresh fish was served on requests. Loved this place
