A special shout out to the owner, who went above and beyond for us, personally arranging a boat trip on the river Drin, assisting with car rental, and even ensuring our forgotten items were returned. Our little one, just 1.5 years old, had an absolute ball. The hotel is very family-friendly, making it the ideal place to unwind and create precious memories. As for the food, it's absolutely scrumptious. We found ourselves looking forward to every meal. The dishes were not just delicious, but also presented with care. In a nutshell, if you're looking for a relaxing and scenic retreat where you can let your hair down and enjoy some quality family time, look no further. This riverside hotel in Merxhano Lagoon ticks all the right boxes. We can't wait to return for another visit.

The staff at this hotel truly knows how to make guests feel welcome and valued. Their warm greetings and attentive service made me feel right at home. I was pleasantly surprised when they upgraded my room to a higher category, and the view from my window was breathtaking. The room itself was spacious, well-appointed, and tastefully decorated, providing aserene and comfortable atmosphere.
