The breakfast was very tasty and plentiful.Special thanks to the guys at the reception, very professional young men. Be sure to welcome the restaurant below the hotel, very tasty food. The city of Berat is very beautiful, I definitely recommend going.

Everyone was extremely nice and helpful, spoke perfect English and helped us in anyway we needed. It is close to everything, we parked the car and didn't use it until it was time to leave. Our room was on the top floor, so it only had skylights, which for us it was okay - it was what we selected. View from the hotel shared balcony is amazing, specially at night with all the street lights Based on reviews, we decided to have dinner here, and we were not disappointed! Food was delicious and they served us this home made red wine that was amazing (for those who enjoy more bitter/less sweet wines). Breakfast was good and filling, perfect to get us tied up until a late lunch. One of the best stays in our Albania tour and would definitely go back.

Od svih mjesta koje smo posjetili u Abaniji tijekom našeg sedmodnevnog boravka ovo je najljepše, najudobnije i najšarmantnije mjesto. Hotel je obiteljski, smješten u centru starog grada (pod UNESCO zaštitom), vrlo šarmantan, s prekrasnim pogledom. Doručak je bio izvanredan, obilan i ukusan te serviran na prekrasnoj terasi. Cijela obitelj radi u restoranu i hotelu što se vidi iz pristupa gostima i poslu. S obzirom da imaju samo pet soba ako još niste rezervirajte odmah.

Unfortunately we arrived with food poisoning from our stay on the beach so we didn’t visit Berat or left our room, but Hotel Kapllani was super helpful in accommodating everything what we needed. We ordered soup and they brought it to our rooms, they prepared a breakfast package for our early departure to the airport and the room was beautiful. Very pleasant stay during a unpleasant situation.
