This is an exceptional hotel, everything about it was amazing. the design and history behind the property is beautiful. The room was super clean, the bed sheets were crisp clean and the finishing of the room and bathroom was top quality. the property has a gorgeous garden and restaurant. the area around the hotel was beautiful. It is situated outside the city but surrounded by beautiful nature, perfect for outdoor activities. The staff of the hotel made my vacation super nice. They were very friendly and helpful, they actually make you feel like you are a part of the family. I would like to thank them starting with Mr Hamed the Gardner to the owners of the hotel. I would like to mention Mr Giordy and Ms Luisa thank you for everything. I will definitely book this hotel in my future travels.

You do not need others as you can ski to any place in Grandvalira from there. - Hotel does not have its own parking space, but multilevel parking with a lot of space is close enough and not as expensive as parking on the street. (Entrance to the parking lot from the 6th floor and if there are no places, then go down to the 5th floor, it seems no one knows that the parking lot is multi-level) - Most of the personnel does not speak English, but they do their best and can solve any problem or answer any questions, for example showing where to park and where to eat on the map. - There are extra blankets in the room in case it gets cold at night. - Everyday cleaning was really good. - Everyone is friendly and welcoming.

Every single member of staff who we engaged with were so friendly, helpful and welcoming. They ensured our needs were met and very accommodating with our requests (booking in to the spa, breakfast reservations etc) . Breakfast selection is fantastic, great variety and the staff were really attentive. The spa facilities are second to none. I also booked in for a facial at the spa and it was wonderful. We appreciate the staff are native Catalan/Spanish/french speakers (we are embarrassingly only English speakers) yet every single staff member made the effort to speak to us in English without any fuss.
