There are two spacious bedrooms, a bathroom with a beautiful shower and a washing machine. The living room with a large table for 6 people and a smart tv. The kitchen is fully furnished to cook. There are automatic window shutters for the night. Every room has A/C and heather. We stayed one night, we were so tired that we decided to stay in and order a pizza. Check in was smooth, there is a lock box with a code. Check out was easy as well. There is a grocery store nearby and a pizza place close to the building. You could hear some voice from the neighbors but nothing crazy. We were welcomed with cold water in the fridge, sweets, snacks and coffee pods and tea. It was nice you enjoy a cup of coffee when we got there. We had a very good experience, highly recommended place if you are visiting La Spezia or Cinque Terre.

You call a number when you get to the address and they tell you how to retrieve the key and get into the room. I think they also sent and email, but we were out of our country and I didn't have my phone on. So if coming from states, make sure you can retrieve emails or call. There is NO luggage storage at the train station. It's down the street. This place was very near the luggage storage, which we used while taking ferry in Cinque Terre. I'd stay again.
