Riccardo was an amazing host: very friendly and always smiling. Flexible check-in and Check-out. The house was spotless and had all necessary amenities. Very centrally located near the lake. There is a ferry point close to the stay where we can get boats to go to sirmione or peschiera. There was ample availability of parking spaces inside. But the best of all was the host. He provided us a lot of info about attractions nearby and was available round the clock. We would be very happy to visit again!

When we arrived we were welcomed by Paola who showed us around te property. Because there was a party ongoing near our booked appartment we were upgraded to a different room which was perfect! The facilities were clean and everything was taken care of and above expectations. I would recommend Villa Colli Storici to couples or small families. Location, host, facilitiet, everything was great and we've had an amazing stay!

The location was close to the lake and almost close to city center but the best part was when we wanted to checkout early in the morning, they provided us a bag for our way free of charge. There were sandwich, sweet, fruit and water. This gesture was incredibly nice.

The pool area was lovely and so quiet, it felt like a private pool! The location is perfect, in a quiet area but within view of the lake. Altogether, an excellent place to stay! Breakfast was excellent, the buffet had a great selection.
