Robert was very welcoming and made sure we had a great breakfast before we set off the next day! His communication before we arrived was excellent.

Big Island Getaway ligger i Pahoa i regionen Hawaii Island, 12 km från Lava Tree State Monument, och erbjuder boende med gratis WiFi, en grill, en trädgård och gratis privat parkering. Chris and fur-baby Roxy are excellent hosts, and the ohana was perfect for my husband and my two-night stay. It is centrally located in Pahoa town, making it convenient to run errands either to the village center or to Hilo town. The home is a shared accommodation, which was a first for us. There was another couple staying for one night, and they were very nice and kept to themselves. Chris is very personable and easy to be around, whether you want to hang out and chat, or just chill by yourself and read. Roxy is a beautiful, well-behaved Carolina dog, and for us, a joy to have around.
