The house was nice and clean, fully equipped, really close to the sea. Beaches are good, beach bar is great with nice music, coffee and cocktails (the second one was still not open). There is a restaurant and a small shop at the camp. Novalja is 10 minutes by car if you need anything.

We had a room with a sea view and one big and one small balcony; the room was spotless. Parking is quite big and enough space for every guest. The town is full of young people because of the festivals. You can experience loud noises outside on the seaside walk during the night, especially on weekends. The hostess was friendly. Wi-fi was good. You can reach the small beach in five steps; there's enough space to have a good swim.

Owners were and still are very very helpful and super fast if there's any problems or questions! The kindness directly from the beginning on and continuously throughout our stay was like a dream. Location very close to the center beach, 5mins walk and that's walking slow, supermarkets in any direction you're going, rental options in any direction you're going, too. Uber is always finding the right address, friends in another part had a big problem but we never had. Sweet view over Novalja from the terrace.

From the location, transportation, view, value for money , to the food that I regret that i ate 2 days out from the hotel for no reason but when i ate at the restaurant in the hotel it was way more better than out side.it our opinion.

Spacious double room, comfy beds, kettle and fridge, nice shower with hot water at all times, all very clean. Additional cutlery, crockery and wine glasses were available on the hallway. Lovely views of the sunset from the balcony. Excellent communication with the host - Gorana was prompt to answer and helped us with everything we asked.
