Richard met us at the door when we arrived on the property. We took a taxi from the Wight Link ferry pier to the property - Ryde Taxi is lovely! The apartment was within walking distance to the beach, high street, grocery store and public transportation. We didn't have a car and didn't need one. There was coffee, tea, milk and biscuits to welcome us at the apartment. The location was quiet, clean and had a full kitchen with dishwasher and washing machine. There wasn't a dryer; however, there was a very handy clothes horse in the closet. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Shanklin! Thank you, Richard! We hope to be back again in the future!

Location was absolutely gorgeous, a couple of minutes walk to the beach and the peace and quiet was surreal. The hosts very friendly and helpful.

We really enjoyed the breakfast and all of the food that we tried were really tasty. We'd like to be back here to visit the island again!

O Ward Aveune B&B fica apenas a 5 minutos a pé da Cowes High Street e do seu porto, de onde partem ferries para Southampton. Fantastic hosts. Breakfast was excellent. Great location. Beautiful garden which also looks amazing at night, lit up by fairy lights. We booked Ward Avenue because of the excellent reviews and absolutely agree with them.
