This hotel is set in a cliff-top castle overlooking the beach of Los Locos and the Bay of Biscay. Its headland location offers spectacular views of the sea and the dramatic coastline. My husband and I spent hours upon hours just looking out to the crashing waves, hypnotic bliss. The windows were open all night so that we could here the roar of the waves, all night. Sitting in the beautiful leather easy chairs, it was the perfect restful holiday. We hated to leave. Lovely staff and the restaurant served up wonderful meals. Very clean and well kept.

I liked the size of the apartment, pretty spacious. Very clean, equipped with all necessary kitchen utensils. Comfortable bed if you like firm mattresses (I liked it very much). Toni uses sustainable cleaning stuff and invites his guests to use water responsably. The view from the terace was insanely beautyful. You see lots of nature and the sea. We could use the bbq and enjoy dinner with perfect view.

The host was so lovely and informative that she answered all our questions. We could even leave our bags free of charge. Only 15min from the airport. I would highly recommend the place, and if we are back to Santander, we definitely rent the same apartment. Small advice to everyone who is visiting Santander to learn a bit of Spanish 😉
