The apartment was very clean with a well equipped kitchen and well stocked bathrooms. The two bedrooms were of good size, as were the 2 toilets. The water pressure was good. Excellent value for money. Very helpful hosts who were available on WhatsApp to assist throughout.

The whole hotel is brand new. The staff is unbelievably thoughtful, I had a meeting at 3pm and was having it in the lobby area, they gave me a quiet room to have the meeting in. Gym/fitness room is brand new fully equipped with everything needed for small crossfit workouts as well as cardio and weightlifting (dumbels up to 20kg each), leg press, smith machine and squat rack for squats and bench press. Haven't tried the breakfast.

Situated in Avilés, the recently renovated La Villa De Lore, Piso Completo Apto 6 Personas provides accommodation 34 km from Plaza de la Constitución and 25 km from Gijón - Sanz Crespo Train Station. The location was good, we were 10 minutes walk from the centre. We really enjoyed our stay. The apartment was lovely and very clean. The owner was very kind and helpful. We had a great holiday!!. Location location location, facilities and host were superb! Our baby wasn't feeling well and they could not have been more helpful in giving us pharmacy and doctor information!
