The staff is extra attentive. Giacomo was exceptionally helpful and made our stay more than memorable, sharing tips for great places to eat (had our best meal in Italy) and useful information as well as depth on Italian culture. Would totally recommend to stay here, stop looking and book.

Although the structure was old they had managed to do an elevator, so it was quite helpful with the luggage. In the end of our stay they gifted us a bottle of wine from their own winery.
