Room was clean and linens smelled fresh and clean (most important to me). Nice sized table in room for work or take-out dinner inside. Individual picnic tables for each room, and nice shared fire pit in rear. Breakfast was quaint and perfect for a light continental breakfast. The owners were on site and kind and friendly; check-in and out was simple and quick. The location is ideal for anywhere on the cape from the middle on. Wonderful for pets.

The rooms are so clean and well maintained. The facilities were great! A large indoor swimming pool. Comfortable beds and sofa bed. Modern fridge and microwave and coffee machine. Complimentary coffee and tea is also available in reception each morning.
