I've stayed in Pasha Motel in November, and everything was more than perfect! Really comfortable room, clean and big. Breakfast really delicious. Owners and staff are very friendly and always ready to help. The location also really good, everything is close (the beach, shops, restaurants). One of the best places to stay.
