Opening in 2018, guests can admire the Southern Alps views or the stars on an astronomy tour.... definitely the best accommodation we had in West Coast area. Room has all the facilities and necessities you need even a dish washer! Room is very clean and location is close to town centre but on a quiet street. A big park nearby. The host Sonja (forgive me if I spell it wrong lol) was very friendly and made us feel welcome.

The location was perfect when picking our son up from the Heaphy track! Laundry facilities were a bonus. The unit was spacious and clean and very comfortable for 3 people. Beautiful view! Allison was friendly, helpful and kind. We enjoyed our stay and would return in a heartbeat.

What a wee gem this was to stay in, it was immaculately clean, had everything we needed, very comfy bed and a brilliant shower, close to town and quiet. The host is just lovely. Paparoa Park Motel is situated in Punakaiki. Boasting luggage storage space, some units at the property have a balcony with a sea view. The room was very nice. We liked the view from the porch window and the skylight from where we could see the stars. The property was easy to reach and it was clean. Self check in was very easy.
