Eclectic little cluster of 4 chalets well maintained right outside of Tanaka (short 1 km walk on paved trail into town). Wonderful, welcoming owners who see after everything with great detail. Originally booked here because Kaiteriteri over the hill had nothing left, but would stay in Golden Bay again in heart beat. Nice drive to Totaranui on easy gravel road to take water taxi to Abel Tasman.

Located just 2 minutes' walk from the beach in the quiet Golden Bay village of Collingwood, The Station House Motel offers comfortable accommodation with free Wi-Fi and a courtyard area with BBQ... the host welcomed us very friendly and made us feel home. Recommend some of the places where we worth to go and cafe that we can have a breakfast. very quiet and comfortable.
