Nice beach view, convenient location. The weather was poor, not the fault of our hosts obviously, but in spite of 70+ kph winds, we slept well, the property is well equipped and well built. We made the trek to hot water beach and borrowed a spade from the property, they went out of their way to think about how they could provide value.

Coromandel Seaview Motel is situated between the mountains and the sea of the Coromandel Peninsula. It is close to renowned saltwater fishing and a number of outdoor activities. The room was really spaceous, very comfortable and clean. The view from the deck onto the bay was absolutely stunning, breathtaking. The owners were very nice, I liked that the breakfast was delivered to the room, so I could have it in the sun on the deck ..

Beachside Resort Motel is less than 5 minutes walk from Whitianga centre and less than 100 metres from Buffalo Beach. The hotel has an outdoor pool and a tennis court. Exceeded expectations. However, expected sea views as per hotel name. A bit Fawltey Towers-- had to stand high on corner of room to see sea views between other houses in front of hotel. However everything else was perfect.

We were upgraded to a larger unit. Lovely space, well appointed kitchenette. Friendly staff, good facilities.
