Situated conveniently in the centre of Bonn, Motel One Bonn-Beethoven offers air-conditioned rooms, a terrace, free WiFi and a bar. I loved everything about the hotel. It was very clean (I’m a picky person) and it looked like the pictures. The location is great, right in the city center. The room is perfect for the purpose, not very big but absolutely comfortable and I didn’t hear any noise from the outside. The breakfast, with many different options, was delicious. We enjoyed having a drink at the bar and the staff was nice and friendly.

Bar and breakfast area in lobby, nice inner courtyard and secure underground parking right next door - they have a deal of 35euro for a week. About 15 minutes to centre of Koln and the cathedral. Spot on. As newcomers to Germany, remember to get your euro6 green card before you enter the city (use a TUV station) and DON'T walk against the traffic light - it's illegal.

It was a surpriset to me, because I didn't pay much attantion during the booking. I wanted an accommodation at a good location with good price, but in the end we stayed in a really high quality place with a really really good breakfast (and Hugo:)). I recommend it!
