It is has a very good location, very close to the beach and city center. This was our second booking with them this month. The first one was couple of weeks ago on our way to Melbourne and this second one was on our way back to Sydney. We would always book them whenever possible.

It’s obvious the proprietors take great pride in their property and it shows throughout. The rooms are well appointed and immaculate. The same can also be said of the common areas. We were so taken by the property we decided to stay an extra night. The owners are very friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay here again if we ever pass through Lakes Entrance again.

Room was very clean and bed was soft with good warm blanket. Bathroom was newly refurbished. Motel keeper nicely turned on heater before our arrival. Breakfast was brought to room and excellently prepared.
