The pool looked nice & the Caesar salad was alright. It’s old, there wasn’t a phone to use in the room to call the front desk or concierge (who didn’t even come pick us up, even though we called an hour ahead of time); and everything was outdated, it reminded me of a poorly ran Super 8 Motel. The amenities were mediocre. On top of that, they charge you “resort fees“ on top of valet parking for $30 a day and on top of the outlandish rates that they charge per night.

Starting with management. Very unprofessional and rude the lady that was here this morning around 11. Didn’t get her name should definitely get fired, her Lack of customer’s service was unacceptable. That place looks and feels like one of those motels you see in a horror movie. Doors don’t lock. Fishy a.f .

The breakfast was typical motel breakfast. Scrambled eggs or another day omelet style with sausage, biscuits and gravy or cereal. coffee was typically weak, but not enough to be bad. The lady taking care of the breakfast was very nice and kept busy checking to be sure everything was as it should be. She cheerfully created everyone who came into the area.

During a 21 day trip with 11 hotel/motel stays there was one 10, two 9s and this property at an 8 - the rest were 7s, except one 4. So, to rank at an 8 takes a little extra something. Check-in was fast and friendly, room was spacious, clean, quiet and comfy, pool was nice and so was breakfast. Would definitely stay again
