Location was on the edge of the city, it was @ 5mi to any attractions or things to do. Hotel was very clean, with maid service and clean towels every day. The shower was superb, room was newly remodeled and updated.

Fairly quiet neighborhood—was able to open the windows to enjoy the breeze but yet sleep soundly. Parking right in front of room was nice and convenient. Wi-Fi was excellent. Room very well updated—lots of electrical outlets and usb charging stations. For a motel built in 1938, we were hoping for a little more historical charm but were quite satisfied with the generally more modern charm. Overall, a really nice spot.

I took a room this time on the ground floor and there was quite a bit of noise in the parking lot just outside the room’s window but I did get to sleep despite it. This is a relaxing, wonderful motel. They don’t have the free breakfast right now in the pandemic but they adjusted the nightly rate down to reflect that.
