The lady who checked us in was so good in trying to check people in all at the same time of multi-tasking to address other needs at the same time since she was the only one on duty at the time. The bed was one of the most comfortable that I have ever slept in, in a motel/hotel. I have chronic joint/hip issues and to be able to sleep until 10am rarely ever happens so to be comfortable and be able to was AMAZING!!!! They were all great with our service dog as well.
