Our family spent the night here and we enjoyed it. It’s close enough to the beach where you can come and go as you please. The bathroom was clean, the bed’s, and everything else. Our kid’s had a blast sleeping in the bunkbeds and playing in the pool!!

The room was perfect. We stayed on the ground floor in a super modern room. The TV was huge, so was the bed (king size) and the bathroom was super clean. There was even a little kitchen which we did not use. Went to Hampton Beach to see a concert at the Casino Ballroom which was only a couple of minutes away by foot.

The motel is family run and the owners are friendly and dutiful. - linens are not great but do the job and the pillows and mattress are fine.
