Usually these type of rooms have very poor temperature control but this hotel had a great air conditioning system. The staff were very efficient and the breakfast provided was fresh and had a good variety. It is close to the beach front and Gulfport is nicer than many of the cities on the gulf

The breakfastvis was the best I have ever had at a Motel. It had it ALL. From meats, grits, eggs, Pancakes, cereal, yogurts, biscuits and gravey, with all the fixings. Coffee was nice too. Not like most motel coffee I've had. The negative: We were informed at check-on of a $150 deposit if we paid with cash. Thus should be in your reservation info.
