The room was clean, the fireplace was magical, good channels/tv options, the shower was AMAZING rainhead shower, warm! Close enough to walk to Ralph's grocery, Starbucks, Burrito breakfast place, Goodwill, and $8 Uber ride to Americana. The man who checked us in/out was so sweet, attentive and kind, small motel but feels safe. I liked we were tucked in the back, cute little back patio with lights and grill. Love that it's gated. Ice machines/laundry as well as iron, coffee maker, small fridge in room. Stayed in upgraded single king. Will definitely stay again!

Breakfast was amazing. But the eggs and bacon could have been warmer. I showed up and there was a random person from off the street packing up a breakfast plate. Why allow this? I didn't feel comfortable due to sanitation.

I made my reservation at around 11pm for the same night. The woman who checked me in was friendly, professional and accommodating. The room was affordable and quiet, allowing me to get some much needed rest.

Stayed for a night and it was Okay. If you just need a place in burbank die the night it will do, but wouldn't book here again and wouldn't recommend it for a long stay as a base to visit parks in the surrounding areas.
