If you're suspicious about the price don't be. This is probably one of the best value motels reasonably close (in my Midwestern opinion) to Tampa and st Pete. Friendly staff and clean feeling and SMELLING rooms. The manager even accommodated me without me asking. That's some good service right there. They should get an ashtray outside for the next time I come, because I can see myself staying here again!

I really liked that the room was spacious and clean. We were satisfied with the equipment of the room. The staff is very kind and helpful. Parking is also acceptable.
