Historic factor, uniqueness factor, and privacy of not sharing walls with another unit and a private parking spot. The bed was actually extremely comfortable and I appreciated and very nice comforter on the bed, I can't stand newspaper feeling cheap hotel blankets and this was the exact opposite of that, fantastic.

Trust me, this one is an exception. It was very clean, quiet and personnel were very nice and helpful. No breakfast, but I didn't care. It even had several lights to turn on in the room unlike most motels .
